- The apartment is located in Rijeka, Pećine. It sits right on the coast — the stairs leading down to the beach are accessible through the backyard of the building.
- The neighborhood is quiet, full of old beautiful villas and embassies, yet a short walk from the city center. A shopping mall (Tower Center) is 5 minutes on foot, and numerous beaches are close by.
- The apartment is on the first floor of a four-story building. It has 2 bedrooms, a spacious living room (with a sofa bed that opens), a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom and a balcony.
- Parking on the street behind the building is free.
- Wi-Fi is super fast (fiber-optic) — I tested 60 Mbps download.
- Digital-nomad friendly. There is a big desk right next to the router.
- There's a real piano in the living room — pour a glass of wine and play a few notes, or let the kids tap out a tune while the Adriatic sparkles just outside.

The apartment was generally nice, clean, and well-located. The host was friendly and responsive. There is one air conditioner in the living room, but the bedroom became quite hot during our stay, and no fan was provided. Since the weather was warm, it was a bit uncomfortable at night. Aside from that, everything else was fine.
Mirta’s apartment has a very cozy, homey feel! My daughter played the piano every day, hope the neighbors enjoyed hearing it! The apartment well equipped and comfortable. The Sablicevo beach is beautiful and a short 2 minute walk from the apartment to the bottom of the stairs. Mirta, the host was very nice and responded quickly.
The apartment is great, clean, spacy, tasteful decorations, renewed. The neighbourhood is a bit noisy (street/cars, terminal) for people with light sleep.
